Most orders are dispatched within 12 hours of the order taken, making Nationwide delivery within 24-48 hours. The cost of our doorstep delivery service from North to South Ireland, is ONLY 10Euro. Delivery to the UK is 20Euro
Goods will only be dispatched to the customer when the payment has been made or the funds are cleared.
In the case of an order placed after 5pm on a Friday, goods will not be dispatched until Monday, except in the case of a bank holiday, in which case goods will be dispatched on the Tuesday.
If an item is out of stock there may be a delay on the delivery, in some cases up to 28 days
Returns Policy
If our customer orders an incorrect size or wishes a change of style requirement, then the customer will be liable for return postage for the product to WELLY4U and in the case of exchange of product style/size being requested by the customer, the customer is liable for any additional postage costs. If a customer returns a product without requesting a replacement, then the refund of the cost of the product will be made back to the customers account minus any postage costs incurred by WELLY4U. Refunds will not be issued until goods are received back to our office in Drumconrath in a resaleable condition. Customers are advised to obtain a "proof of postage" from their local post office before returning the item. We accept no liability for goods lost in transit back to our stores.
Although we warrant that the goods will be free from defects at the time of dispatch, we will refund the entire costs including the delivery charges if the goods are found faulty on receipt of the delivery.
